Also, in your opinion, would you buy a home that was in foreclosure or would you not do it because it may be like gaining something for someone else’s loss?

Your city hall will be the most likely source, or the city hall where you are considering moving to.

If you are looking for just a website to browse.. then no. But you can work with a realtor at no cost who has access to foreclosures and their details.
