Remax.com look for signs like as is or bank owned. Also talk to a local realestate agent as they will be happy to help. Tha is how I just got mine. Plus they dont get paid until you find what you want. Dont pay any more then 70% of tax value.

Go to every bank website and click on Bank owned property.

Step 1 - Find a Realtor you trust. (ask your friends)

Step 2 - Get pre-approved for your loan. (now you know what price to look in)

Step 3 - Have Realtor send you houses to learn the market. (not just foreclosures)

Step 4 - When you’re ready, and you have a feel for the market, look at houses that you think would work. Buy one.

    You can google:

    OCWEN
    HUD Homes
    HomeSteps
    FannieMae

and get each’s public website with all their REO properties. They are all listed with real estate agents, so it’s not secret squirrel stuff anymore.

What you may be looking for are “Trustee Services” websites that handle the foreclosure process for the banks. One is You can find more by googling “Trustee Services”.
