I have searched online, but they all want you to pay some membership fee to look at the listings. Is there anywhere you can buy them directly and make an offer without having to go through all the middle men!

    Here are some links:

    You could also put out the word to every real estate broker in your area regarding what you are looking for specifically.

    They will bring properties to you.

    I bought my house that way :)
    You usually still have to deal with a HUD-approved agent, but it doesn’t cost you anything to see the lists!
