    I believe the relief bill at this point in time concentrates on people still in title and in foreclosure.

    No, not likely. The money is going to go toward helping people that are facing foreclosure - not homes that have already been foreclosed upon.

    nope. 1. if your home has been foreclosed upon, your home is no longer yours, it is the banks. the bailout will do nothing for you. 2. those that are in the process of foreclosure are unlikely to see any positive effects of the bailout in time to save their homes. 3. the bailout of the financial sector is not just for the purposes of “making the rich richer” as some ultraliberals will have you believe. they fail to see that the market and the economy depend mightily on the institutions that are being propped up by this bailout. if you think that things are bad now…just think what would happen if the 10 biggest US companies all failed.
