Forclosure Notices are posted at the County Courthouse.
The notices will have a lot of info, and a person to contact to find out more.

go to foreclosure.com and put in the zip codes for those places. You will find preforeclosures and foreclosures. The site is very helpful.

you can check your local newspaper… bid notices and trustee sales (foreclosure sales) are supposed to be posted in the newspaper as a ‘legal notice’… it would have address, how much the deed is worth, and how much the lender is doing a starting bid, and where the bidding will happen.

    good luck.
