Im starting off new in real estate investing, and i dont have any finances to work with, and im not looking to get a loan, so im wondering, how do i take advantage of all the forclosures?

   You don’t. You either have a pot full of your own money or a line of credit to draw on. There is no middle ground.

   Either you are knowledeable and best negotiator or else.

   Try alternative approach, there were zillion ways to do in RE investment like Thomas Edition, learn ten thousand ways of not to make light bulb.
