Immediately go to a local renters rights office, maybe the county or a charity group has one. You need expert advice. If you can find an attorney that deals with renters rights that might be worth the money.
There may be a way for you to make your payments directly to the lender. At least if you do that, they may postpone the forecloseure until your lease is up, that way they don’t have to evict you.
Read your lease, every word just make sure you know what is in there. You may have certain rights, but you need to prepare for the worst. Maybe the expert advises you to write him a letter stating if he can not prove the mortgages and taxes are up to date, that is a violation of the lease and you will be moving out in 60 days.

Has a court case been filed? It takes about 8 months or more before a final judgment is issued from the start of the case. This is mainly because there’s foreclosures everywhere in Florida. So if you don’t see it in court yet, you have some time.
As for your rights, there’s not much aside from your payments.
