I know B of A has a search, but there are only a couple of listings. Does anyone know how I can get a list of foreclosures in California without having to pay anything?

Tax Forclosers/leans arn’t yours for a picific amount of time for so the owner to come back and pay than taxes. If they don’t in that amount of time its yours (of coarse you pay the taxes). So I want to know how long you have to wait for it to be totally yours. Also can you live in it for that time period
